Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done through the app or online 12 hours prior to your appointment time. Social media communication nor text communication will be accepted for cancellations unless given unforeseen circumstances. Failure to adhere to this cancellation policy will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service(s) total.
